Since 2010 Shoe Town Art Center has offered a great variety of art classes to Haverhill residents of all ages in its downtown location near the Merrimack. 

UMass Lowell's Art and Design Department features two gallery spaces with rotating exhibitions, as well as a lecture series. See link for details. 

Merrimack Valley Music & Arts offers performing arts classes in downtown Haverhill. 

The Greater Haverhill Arts Association promotes the arts and artists in the local community; sponsors exhibitions; and awards an annual arts scholarship to a graduating senior who plans to study in the arts. 

Switchboard is a gallery in downtown Haverhill featuring exhibits, special events, an artist residency program, holiday markets and more. 

NECC's Library ArtSpace Gallery on the NECC campus features exhibitions by prominent regional and national artists; gallery talks; and other special events.
